『SÖT』はスウェーデン語で『甘い』を意味します。
皆様に珈琲の果実としての甘さを楽しんでいただきたい。毎日元気になる一杯として、毎日に寄り添った存在で在りたいという思いを込めて名付けました。
珈琲は苦いものというイメージがあるかもしれませんが、ただ苦いだけではなく、珈琲も私達と同じように個性があります。

当店で取扱う豆はブレンドも全て SCAA 80 点以上のスペシャルティコーヒー（流通しているコーヒーの全体の5%）もしくはそれと同等の高品質の生豆のみを使用しております。
All coffee beans we sell and blend are graded 80 points or more by SCAA, or specialty coffee beans in same quality level, which is merely 5% of all coffee beans in production and circulation in the world.
生産地、生産者、生産国においての栽培管理、収穫、生産処理、流通ルート、選別と、カップに入れて提供されるまでの一連の流れで品質管理がされているコーヒーです。
It involves quality control of the farm area, producer, country of origin, cultivation method, harvesting, production processing, distribution route, sorting and all parties involved to create the specialty coffee supply chain.
高品質の厳選した豆を、主にノルディックロースト（北欧式焙煎）を用いて、店内で焙煎しています。
ノルディックローストをすることで、コーヒー豆が本来持つフルーツとしての華やかなフレーバーを引き出し、みずみずしい甘みのあるテイストをお楽しみいただけます。
We source the best quality and handpicked coffee beans, with primarily Nordic style in-store small batch roasting, to extract the freshness, original, and fruity flavour of coffee beans with maximum sweetness.
