For this release, we selected the rare Aji variety from Huila, southern Colombia. Produced by Aroma Nativo, a name recognized in international coffee competitions, this exceptional microlot undergoes a unique fermentation process using selected yeasts and microorganisms to bring out its distinctive character. Complex and aromatic, yet remarkably clean, it showcases the clarity and natural fruit flavors that define our light-roasting philosophy.

Recommended extraction: 40 ml. Enjoy it on its own or with a splash of milk. Perfect for busy mornings, work breaks, or a little moment of indulgence.
