Job Openings

Barista
(Full-time/Part-time/Experienced only)

Responsibilities

• Espresso and manual brew preparation
• Coffee quality control and tasting
• Collaboration with the floor team to support smooth shop operations
• Continuous development of coffee knowledge and technical skills

Ideal Candidate
• Strong curiosity and commitment toward coffee extraction

• Able to act with a customer-first mindset

• A team player who values collaboration

Coffee Ambassador
(Hall staff, full-time/part-time)

Responsibilities
• Guest greeting, ordering, and beverage service
• Menu recommendations based on coffee characteristics
• Creating the “One & Only Experience” through hospitality and guest communication
• Working closely with baristas to ensure smooth service operations

Note: This position focuses on hospitality and customer engagement. Coffee extraction is not part of this role.

SOT Flex Partner (Barista/Hall)

A flexible role designed for those who want to balance family life, childcare, or personal commitments while working at their own pace.

Morning-only, midday-only, or weekday-only shifts are all possible. You can work around school drop-offs, household responsibilities, or your personal schedule.

Working Conditions
• Employment type: Part-time
• Minimum: 3 days per week / 4 hours per day
• Shift options: 7:30 – 13:00 /  9:00 – 15:00 / 12:00 – 17:00
• Weekday-only schedules available
• Flexible scheduling negotiable

Requirement

• Prior visit experience at any SÖT COFFEE location
(Applicants who resonate with our brand values and atmosphere)
• Interest in building a long-term career
