This exceptional coffee earned first place in Kenya's 2025 Taste of Harvest competition for naturally processed coffees. It is a groundbreaking lot in a country where nearly all high-quality coffees are washed, and naturals have long been regarded as low grade.
Grown on red volcanic soil and carefully dried on raised beds, this coffee offers a vibrant and elegant profile. Notes of pink champagne, ripe strawberry, and juicy mango unfold in a sparkling, fruit-forward cup with excellent structure and clarity.
Very few producers in Kenya attempt natural processing at this level. This is not only a rare find but a milestone in the evolution of Kenyan specialty coffee.
